It'd be great if there were an incentive to keep the CK in battlegrounds
Right now we never have keep battles because you get a level for taking a keep, but nothing for having it. A persistent damage or experience buff would give incentive to actually battle for the keep, and could even scale the longer you held it.

Nice idea 
Think it can go up 4 keep lvl. So every keeplevel + 15% increased exp and 5% rp. Up to 60% exp and 20 % rp.
