Swift Pink Unicorn?

I've been leveling up crafting and figured since I found a pink unicorn I'd level tailoring next to get leatherworking up so I could turn it into the swift version. Now after all that time and effort and cash spent on the swift tack it looks like the recipe doesn't even exist? Is there somewhere I'm supposed to look for the recipe or is it just a higher level than the other leatherworking recipes?
