Launcher will not show when i open EdenLauncher

The Launcher will not show, but if i go to task manager it shows to be running... if i try to run it again i get an error basically stating that coding will not allow two instances to be open at the same time. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, updated live daoc, restarted PC... nothing has worked... any ideas? I deleted the LocalApp file or whatever for Eden as well.

Are you sure you deleted the correct folder?

Type "%LocalAppData%\Eden_DAoC" into the windows search and delete everything in that folder. Best done after a fresh PC restart.
