Something is not working?

I followed the instructions and patched with the Eden launcher.

But after hitting play Eden, the Discord does open, I hit allow and then I got a message to close the website but then nothing happens. The game is not starting.

Having Similar Issue,

First time trying out the game, fresh installs and patched.

Win11 1440p,
Faulting eden.dll, game.dll

Any advice to not crash on launch?

Also having this same issue. Have tried deleting the Eden_DAoC folder in the AppData/Local folder as suggested in the other thread and doesn't work.

I was able to fix it by using Update Client on the Eden launcher. There was a client update.

Apparently there was an issue with the official client. That has been posted as corrected as of today and using the Official Client Update button on the Eden launcher and downloading the new update works.

I got help from Andryn, and found a solution for me. I do not know if it works out for you. Problem with my log in was the scaling in Windows. I run at 2560*1440 resolution and had a 140% scaling, for my old eyes to see the icons and words. I changed to 100% scaling on request and was able to log in again.
