Long loading in PVP-Zones

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem where changing zones in PVP areas takes up to 30 seconds, but in RVR (Keep to Keep, Realm to Realm) it only takes a fraction of a second. What could be the problem? In Season 2, changing zones was much faster. I have a newer PC (i5 processor, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, Windows 11, Radeon RX560), but it's no worse than the PC I had before.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Are you 100% sure you excluded "game.dll" as a PROCCESS, not as a file or the folder?

Yes, I am and I have a freeze for a few seconds while porting and then the loading screen comes up and it's really fast.
