Expansion of /buff command for relic towns.

The inclusion of the /buff command was an excellent addition to the game. I would like to request that all player buffs be included in the /buff command while in the relic town, and that the buff timer for pot buffs be eliminated there so they can all be immediately applied. This would allow players, like casters, to apply their individual and group casted buffs at the same rate of the buffs currently available in the /buff pool. This way the group won't be slowed down for events like KoTH, and the players can ensure they're going into the fight fully prepared.
