Nightshade leveling build

Hey all. Returning player from way back in the day when the game was in retail. Decided to run with a nightshade (luri), but not sure how to run my skills. I've seen some people say CD is the main one, while others say it's Piercing to run along with the others (CS, Stealth, and Envenom). Any thoughts as to a good leveling spec? Thanks for the help!
