Bow classes: Does MAGIC Dmg/Spd apply?

Bow classes: Does MAGIC Dmg/Spd apply?
Does +Magic Damage and +Magic Speed affect bow dmg/spd? I've already noticed that +Magic skill does NOT affect the Archery skill line so wanted some input on whether or not these other specs work for bow or no. Thanks for any info.
