This seems like a bug to me, but maybe its working as intended?!?!
As a Minst you play a song for single target mez... you can do this from stealth to some extent.... if i run out of range from you, and you then get back into range of me, I am mezzed instantly. Or you can run up in range run back out of range while playing the song then run back into range and instantly mez me. This seems like a major problem.
