Hey, I would say mission impossible with the available drops here. 
Maybe if someone got a very high UT Ring with high str. overcap for example, there might be a small chance. Good luck and a happy new year ,-).

Yeah i rly wanted skip the rog farming, but i guess i need few good rogs for sure. Btw whats highest utility a rog can be in this game ?
