Corruscating Mine Quest - No reward at 49 while grouped with 50 and quest reset ?

Hi,

We've finished the Corruscating Mine quest at late 30's levels and I held onto it until level 49.
I entered dungeon with a buddy 50 while I was 49 and it looks like it resetted.

If it was reset then it was edited on server side
