Can we address Concentration Limit and Spec'd in Enhance/Aug

I would love to actually specialize in enhance or aug as a healer class and it be worth it. There is zero reason with buff bonus to even go past yellow buffs. I know this is probably never going to be addressed but can we at least lower the concentration cost on red buffs to make them viable/useable for a change.

Maybe make your concentration pool be based off of spec.
