I tested All pets with and without the Deathsight abs buffs. The only pets effected by the abs buff were the Level 1 and Level 7 pets.
This was all tested via the info pet command.
What was stranger was the fact per the command the level 1 and 7 pets Melee/magic Abs were effected by the ABS buff as well as standard realm buffs.
When pet is summoned it is 0%/0% but with for example level 50 Realm Buffer - 26%/19% Will move to 35% correctly on melee with a 9% Deathsight spec ABS buff. This was also the case with the level 7 Pet
Level 1 Pet No Buffs

The rest of the pets all the way upto Abom have no effect on melee% with buffs or abs.
Level 45 Pet No Buffs

As you can see via include screen grabs. The level 1 & 7 pets are effected by ABS + Buffs while the remainder of the pets have no effect on melee % they default to 25% at summon and are not effected by the buffs in the tool tip. For testing purposed I included gear stats at time of summoning. RR7
