New player surprised by the help and kindness! (MID)

I created an account today and was surprised by the help and kindness I received! I asked why level 1 mobs were so tough to kill and a player messaged me to see if I was new. He/she then gave me 5 gold and took me to the merchant (MID) to get my starter gear and directed me on how/where to level 1-10 Great experience!!!!

It's nice to see that this happened. A lot of what DAoC was has long passed. Now and again, someone shows some kindness.
