Latency Issues

I am having some serious issues with lag on this freeshard.

Unfortunately I cannot play with all of the rubber banding and the 4 seconds of lag that I am getting between being able to see players and casting.

I have more than enough bandwidth to play in Atlas' server with 80+ players but seem to be having latency issues here.

Can anyone help me out? I am not a tech wizard, so please be kind and give step-by-steps.
