I have followed carefully your instruction, i have not problems when i try to launch the standard DAoC shortcut but when i try to launch Eden i get the following error..how can i fix ? i have played other shards with no problems

Looks like an antivirus or authorization issue. Try disabling your antivirus and running Eden as admin. If you have more issues go to the discord and use the #technical-support channel.
