Suggestion - more information on the Channeler NPCs

as per title, currently it has the yellow portal options, and [xxx] (New Frontiers), and [xxxx] (Capitol)

would it be feasible to add more info to each one ? presume it wouldnt take long , so the alb one would go from
[COTSWOLD]
to
[COTSWOLD] (Camelot Hills)

and so on, for people who cant remember, or are new to a realm (dont think there are any new players are there ?) , seeing quite a few people on /advice asking for where places are etc, so might help direct them more easily.
