Wild Power dont work on armor/ weapon procc and also not buffs, that have a chance to procc

Healer, lvl 21, with just WP 1 (3%)

looked over into multiple hits (200 at least), while fumble with 1% chance happened pretty often, i didnt see any criticals from my weapon procc or my passive lifeleech buff.

Can u look into it? WildPower has a reason to be on an healer for just that purpose.

Didnt look into Wild Healing yet, but should work the same way.
