i haven't been able to connect to the game

Hey guys, I need some advice: since Wednesday evening, I haven't been able to connect to the game. On a friend's advice, I installed a VPN. Since I couldn't connect and thought it might be the VPN, I disabled my ad blocker and then uninstalled the VPN from my PC. Even after restarting my PC, even after uninstalling DAOC and EDEN and reinstalling everything, the problem remains: When I launch the game through the EDEN app, the window opens normally, the game starts, but then stops at about 95% and after a few seconds I get a message telling me to press ESC to exit the game launch screen... When I reinstalled DAOC, I double-checked the installation and installed the updates, but despite that, I'm still stuck...
I checked my antivirus and firewall and didn't find anything suspicious. If anyone knows how to do this, I'd appreciate your advice and thank you in advance for your help

several other ppl (me included as well) had the same issue, let's hope they'll fix it someday....
