damg spell dont work

hello support i have this bug my spell Blazing Surge dont Repeating its damg it stop after one hit ?. Blazing Surge Repeating direct damage spell that starts at 72 heat damage and increases by 50% every tick up to a maximum of 400%. i have try to respec it did not help. i got to damg spell and none of them work. neeed help as i cant xp any more with this class befor it get fix. my class is a Heretic. okay its fix now i remove all thing on my q-bars then i log totalt out of the game then i log back in and set it all back on q-bars and now my damage spells work again.
