Missing WIKI search AND Palintone ammunition

Not finding "Essence of Lethargy" as a searchable option on wiki, only at the entrance merchant. Only thing I can search for is "weak"

Wanted to also ask why the Toxic and Lethal bolts no longer do "DOT" as described, also the amount of dmg is NOT listed. From my understanding the toxic WAS a level 30 bolt and the lethal was level 50, so one would think the level 50 would do more dmg?
