Bug Report: Mentalist Charm Spell “Ghostly Enemy” Incorrectly Applies Mez Instead of Charm

Class: Mentalist
Spell Line: Mentalism – Charm Spells
Spell Affected: Ghostly Enemy (Level 32)
Server: Eden
Date Observed: After most recent server reboot and patch introducing new Mentalist mez spell

Issue Summary
The Mentalist charm spell Ghostly Enemy (Level 32) is not functioning as a charm.
When cast, the spell displays “Lock MIND” on the target, and the mob becomes mezzed, not charmed.
This behavior is consistent across multiple mobs and appears to be a regression introduced after the latest server reboot/patch.

Expected Behavior
- Ghostly Enemy should charm mobs up to its intended level range.
- Charmed mobs should follow and assist the Mentalist as normal.

Actual Behavior
- Casting Ghostly Enemy applies a mez effect instead of charm.
- Combat log shows “Lock MIND” instead of charm text.
- Mob becomes mezzed and does not become a pet.

Testing Performed
- Tested on multiple mob types and levels.
- Lower-level charm spell Phantom Enemy works correctly and charms mobs as intended.
- Issue only occurs with the newer charm spell (Ghostly Enemy).
- Tested on:
- Mobs below spell level
- Mobs equal to spell level
- Mobs slightly above spell level
All produced the same incorrect mez effect.

Reproduction Steps
- Log in as a Mentalist with access to Ghostly Enemy (Level 32).
- Target any mob within charmable level range.
- Cast Ghostly Enemy.
- Observe that the spell applies mez instead of charm.

Additional Notes
- Issue began immediately after the server reboot and patch that added the new Mentalist mez spell.
- Possible spell ID or effect mapping conflict between new mez and existing charm line.
