Final Dragon Quest Not Offered

Finished the frontier dragons and handed the quest in. Got the set of dragon armour as a reward but the final quest to kill the main dragon is missing. It does not show in my journal. This is on Midgard on my Shaman Trynnie. Any chance I can be given access to this quest as I need it for the myth for my template. Thank you for your time.

I killed the dragon at next opportunity thinking quest may not be showing in my quest log but it did not complete quest. Would appreciate help as the myth from quest is needed for template I have already spent currency and plat for. Don't mind restarting quest if need be.
