why in mid only zerk got reflex?

and friar's defensive heal proc + reflex brake realm balance. please test friar toons and fix that problem.

It doesn´t break realm balance and there is no need for a similar amount of classes to have such an ability. If you want to know more about class design, ask the class developer(s) of this game.

I would prefer to nerf the reflex chance to make it "livelike"
