Dragon's Revenge (moss covered robe Hib) is not reflecting damage

The description for this ability says it blocks and reflects 10% of incoming melee damage.

This effect is found on the moss covered robe in Hib (150 scales dragon loot).

I noticed when testing, that it absorbs the damage but doesn't seem to reflect it. Tested this while sitting down and letting a gray curmudgeon hit me outside the relic town. The chat log says it absorbs damage, but the monster's health never moved below 100% despite letting it hit me for a while. It seems like it's not reflecting any damage

Got a test on both pvp and pve, can confirm the reverse damage part of the spell is missing
