Hello, I'm reporting a bug concerning the Alb scout and its miss rate.
I have the correct level for archery, a 99% quality Wilton bow, rank 2L0, and maxed-out bonuses. Yet, I'm missing at least one out of every three shots... I just died again in RvR because I missed two out of four shots. This makes the class completely unplayable and is really frustrating the game.
I have a level 50 hunter on Mid and I've NEVER encountered this problem. Could you please take a look at the scout's miss rate and adjust it to a normal level? Thank you in advance. Sincerely.
