KOTH Auto Group - 34 hits No Melee Crits

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just EXTREMELY unlucky.

For a recent KOTH event I was placed in a full Hib group on my Hero, there were probably 8 minutes left in the match. It was in Breifine, East of NGED.
After it was over I went through my combat log and noticed how unlucky I was not getting any critical hits, and I have 49% crit rate. I kept scrolling and still didn't see any critical hits, so I figured I would count. From what I still had in my log, there were 34 melee hits, and 0 (ZERO!!!!!) melee critical hits, not a single one! What are the chances of that.

I cannot confirm if it happened from the beginning of me entering KOTH or from one of our wipes (we had 2). And now that I am back in Relic Town, I tested on a dummy; 6 hits and 3 crits, seems to be back to normal.

Really not sure how to reproduce this, or if it was a fluke, but I attached screenshots I was able to get of the log. Might not be the full 34 hits, but its close enough.

Interestingly I don't see any crits that hit me either, I wonder if it wasn't working for everyone in that koth.
