My resolution changed all of a sudden

While playing my resolution downgraded , i was on full HD 1920x 1080 and all of a sudden i couldnt see my HP bar ..i did /q and came back.. now all icons are bigger and no matter what i change in the game resolution stays the same .. i ve reinstaled the client but nothing happened, need some help.

Solved the problem, draged the top left corner back and set the UI scale to 1000 again ... i dont know if its something possible only here on Eden as it never happened before when playing Live this game.
