Cleric pbaoe dmg/heal

I have noticed that when using the cleric pbaoe dmg/heal instant spell. The heal won't fire if the spell gets resisted. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not but I do not recall this happening in season 2. I have also used this against at least 4 targets at one time. 3 of the dmg effects went through and one was resisted so the heal didn't fire that time as well. The current level of pbaoe I have is banish evil. I do recall it not working with the level 22 version.
