It seems the Cabalist Convert spirit spell has a chance to place pet on cool down, even though it's taken zero damage. Can this be confirmed if this is working as intended or bugged.

"When a controlled pet is killed in PvP/RvR combat, the spell to re-Summon the pet is set on a 15-second cooldown.
Cabalists will not face this penalty when using Convert Spirit to sacrifice their pet for power."
Please check if thats still the case after next server restart and add some screenshots/video to provide proof that this actually happens.
