How these damn Dragon Wings get assigned?
I'm told they are for the most PvE BG Leads in a week. I do one set of raids a week, and I know there are people on Mid who do way more raids across a week than I do. But they keep popping up on me randomly, and hell I've even seen them on people like Klarin who hasn't been to PvE land in like forever?
If someone can enlighten a little dorfette that would be great!
