Small Healer Buff

I want to start off by saying that I am really enjoying the server.

I don't have a long explanation or anything, but I feel like the healer attack proc should not be limited to PVE.

It is the only support in the game that has absolutely no damaging method in pvp.

It would make them a little more engaging and fun.
