Campaign flawed stalemate with out bomb boars?

Was campaign tested before season 3 with out the wild bomb boars. As Campaign seems flawed and broken if one realm just sits in key keep with 150 defenders . And attackers can only slowly treb the walls. It seems wild bomb boars would be perfect to break the siege or get camping defenders out the keep to stop the bomb boars. I can fully understand the point bomb boars at this point. The campaign is missing them . Or some way in which to make more entrance ways into keeps faster.

The Campaign at moment enourages camping in a key keep to protect your own relics .
With 200 attackers and 200 defenders all fighting over a keep instead the campaign breaking up big BG zergs and lag your in fact encorageing BIGGER BG ZERGS and server lag all around 1 keep.

Infact i am seeing 3 realm BGS now fighting over 1 Keep to get relic gates open.
