Hibernia Spellcraft Bug

I noticed that a recipe is not giving the correct item when being crafted. When I crafted a Phantasmal Arcane Spell Stone I instead received a perfect Spectral Arcane Spellstone which sells for a significant amount more than it costs to make.

Item: Phantasmal Arcane Spell Stone (lvl 77)
Steps to Reproduce:
Buy the materials from the vendor (1 Lo gem, 1 otherworldly dust, 1 draconic fire)
Craft Phantasmal Arcane Spell Stone at alchemy bench
Receive a perfect Spectral Arcane Spellstone instead

This is resolved, this bug report can be closed.

Edit: in the future major exploits like this should probably be reported via the gm discord bot, i hope not many people took advantage of this.
