me and mi friends we are rapidly realize i write in lfg or bg chat or somethink like that and peoples cant READ...i mean for exemple i make a pm to friend and he cant read...look a small isues but is very big i cant join raid chose people dont mead mi LFG request. same for lfg chat i cant do it!! and many more...So PLZ help me im going mad

You most likely got muted for violating the ingame rules. You might know why.
Go to Eden Discord and write a personal message to the "@GM Appeal"-bot and ask nicely to lift your bann.
Also make sure that you actually read the server rules and stick to them.

If you ask them, everyone in prison is innocent. Ask the devs, they will provide you proof.

the problem look the shadow action lol i dont know notthing about that another problem for me can be the missing reply here on forum, chose is like 5 days im totaly blocked in game lol. i tryed on discord too but again no reply ...so conclusion look like i can put you in prison with no reason and with out reply to any question lol ....i dont know but look a bit unfair for me, maybe is just mi point of view!.....look like a dictature lol .....i will just know the duration chose if that is going to be very logn i just leave the server no problem, just a politicaly correct reply will be realy lovly

Did you send a proper ticket to "GM Appeal" on Eden Discord?
If you did so, you would receive a reply from the bot asking for verification which server you want to send it to. Its a small green checkmark you have to click.
After that, devs will reply, they do this in their private time though, therefore it can take some time.
Every ticket I have send so far got replied within 48 hours.

I don't like your attitude though. You most likely did something wrong, but you are surprised that your behaviour had consequences and you basically demand a fast reply from the devs doing all this in their private time. You can't even write a remotely coherent text, heck any translation tool would do a better job.

If your ticket content was written in such a bad manner, I wouldn't expect a constructive reply.

I was just joking about your statement that all prisoners are innocent, I thought we were joking. you are right about the fact that they do it in their free time but 5 days is not a short time especially in the situation I am in (practically unable to play) but I am not blaming them for this, I repeat I was joking. I deeply thank you for your answers and your time. I also do not like your attitude, but I understand that my efforts to express myself in English are pathetic as you have rightly pointed out. I hope one day you are forced to speak my language I will certainly find it hilarious but I will try to be understanding. best regards.

If I would have to communicate in your language, I would most likely use a translator, too. Not judging your unability to write in english, just pointing out that its hard to help you if it is already hard to understand you.
During our discussion, I opened 2 tickets for various reasons and got replies within minutes.

Are you entirely sure that you clicked the small green checkmark below the bot-reply you got for your request?
Thats important, because if you didn't click it, they didn't even receive your request.
