Can't launch game

Can't launch game

Turned my firewall off and don't have any AV installed.

Also this pc does have administrator perms

How to fix this?

How to fix this?
It is likely an admin/access restriction on your PC. Try to download to your hard drive and not associate anything with your OneDrive.
