Equipment Repairs

It seems like every other whipe in NF when i go to repair my equipment it always seems drops down to 93-96% (yes thats the equipment being repaired, i understand that) Is there any chance there could be an improvement on how long it takes equipment to degrade before repairs? Thanks!
