1h damage bonus persisting without shield equipped

Shield Specialization: 1 handed base damage now increases by 0.5% per composite shield skill while wielding a shield in the offhand.

BM seems to be retaining the 1h base damage boost when shield is unequipped. Shield spec in video 42+12
