Instant unstealthing from a blue Pet ?

Hello,

I'm posting this because there is something I don't understand. I was trying to enter into Dun Bolg while it was attacked. Enemies was inside attacking the second door (P2). I passed through the main entrance door (P1) and stuck to the door, there was the blue pet of a Spiritmaster. The pet was blue (so lower than my level which is 50), and I have 41+12 point in stealth. and when I passed the door, the pet directly saw me, and broke my stealthness and hit me and the Spiritmaster drained me as fast a mosquito drain blood in a summer night in Hawaï. I went out quickly, thinking it was a bug because with such a difference of level and my stealth level, normally, I couldn't have been seen instantly by the pet. I enter another time and it was the same : instant unstealth, pet hit me and spirit master drained me, so I died like a lvl 10 ranger and I must confess that I do't understand how it's possible. If someone has an explanation, I would be very happy to understand. Is it normal or is it cheating? let me know.
