/dualspec no longer relaunches the client

Steps:
1. Log into a dual spec character, either dual spec will work
2. Use /dualspec #, to switch to the other dual spec (bug occurs going either direction)
3. The character will be logged out and the game will close
4. The launcher appears to begin the process of relaunching the client, but does not proceed (this was working last week).
5. The user can still manually change the dualspec mode in the launcher and relaunch the client but it's less streamlined then it was.
