Arcane syphon imbalance on healer classes

Just noticed that the access to cap Arcane syphon on healer classes is not the same across the 3 realms.
The 3 realms got acces to Cape of Legerdemain (10% syphon).

Midgard got Frigid Soul Quencher (10% syphon) => 1h hammer
Albion got Bloodstained War Hammer (10% syphon) => 1h hammer
Hibernia dont have any healer weapon to get aditional syphon on his template....so its pretty hard to go over 10% syphon on hibernia....on alb/mid is pretty easy reach 20% syphon.

I dont know if this is intended and why theres no syphon weapons for hibernia healers...could you take a look at this?

Unless the item database is outdated then yes, hib has no healer weapon with arcane syphon

There are MULTIPLE items only available to certain realms.
