Best spec for the ranger

What is the best spec for the ranger?

If possible some ideas for full bow or bow/tank, thank you

Sniper Spec 50 Bow, 30 wep, 35 CD, 36 Stealth

Hybrid Spec 46 Bow, 44 CD, 36 Stealth, 24 Wep Better at higher RR, I did well with this at RR4 though
