+Spell Duration doesn't not increase length of CL weapon HoT charge from savage

Hi,

as discussed in the savage channel of discord, +spell duration % from items doesnt increase the length of the CL weapon HoT charge from savage.
Other people saying that it does increase the length for HoT procs. So probably either of both is incorrect.

Reproduce the issue:
- Use HoT Charge from Thurisaz Savage Two-handed Axe with 0% spell duration bonus from items
-> Duration 30s
- Use HoT Charge from Thurisaz Savage Two-handed Axe with 25% spell duration bonus from items
-> Duration 30s

Expected behavior:
- Use HoT Charge from Thurisaz Savage Two-handed Axe with 0% spell duration bonus from items
-> Duration 30s
- Use HoT Charge from Thurisaz Savage Two-handed Axe with 25% spell duration bonus from items
-> Duration 37,5s

FYI:
Also other spells (Savage RR5, Charge RA, ...) don't profit from spell duration. I guess this is intended, but will do some research and open a seperate topic for this if I can find any evidence that this isnt correct.

Sorry to say, but you are right. Just tested it again and it is working now for me as well.
I tested it last week. Back then, it was not working. I dont know what changed... maybe my eyes were even slower than your hands? Idk.

My guess is that you tested under some effect (ie rezz sick) maybe? Either way, if you encounter again please open a new ticket.
