I been holding off on this, because I figure you guys had bigger problems to deal with. I was about to submit a bug report for it but looks like there is already a post about it already.

It was only missing in Housing, fixed.

Reactive Ablative Asterite Armor Tincture is missing on Midgard. The progression goes Fijne Alloy, Adamantium, Asterite (Missing), Netherium, Arcanium.

There is only 3 version of the reactive ablative, fine alloy, adamantium and arcanium.

Mbuy command on Draught of Replenishment just buy 3/4 component, Crushed blue focus stone missing every time

Hibernia armorcrafting :

I crafted "crystalized Ornamented Cailiocht Sleeves" and ended with two magical bonuses on it :
- bonus to hit points bonus cap : +40pts
- Thrust : 10%

Usually, these sleeves only come with bonus to hit points bonus cap : +40pts.

I didn't spellcrafted it, since I don't have a legendary spellcrafter...

I take a screenshot, but I can't find my screenshots file.

I don't know what to do with these sleeves since it's a huge bonus which isn't meant to exist.

We're aware of the issue, we're working on a fix.

Housing merchant not selling an alchemy item. I was trying to make the Draught of Speed Special Potion at my house but wasn't able to purchase the following item. I went to Jord and was able to purchase from Holsvi Hallgrim.

Don't have recipes for Dragonsworn / Sigil Instruments.
Is it a bug or intended?

They will be added later.

Hibernbia Recipe is calling for 38 Arcanite metal bars. When attempting to craft the item the recipe is looking for Arcanium Metal bars making it not possible to craft.

All Heavy Armor for mounts are requiring Arcanium bars but on hib we can only do Arcanite.
