Hello, hope you can help me, i am trying to download daoc but strangely i can't..
When the client starts downloading, it stop immediatly, and say: Patch Error! The patch client encountered corruption in the file [notes/unpacked/f24e6e20889feafb] on the remote server. Please try the patch operation again.
I know i played alot of daoc servers so i decided to format the pc, but there has been no change

it's so strange because i have always downloaded the client for play daoc whatever server it was, in fact in my notebook i can download the client and play with no problem

Are you still getting this error? Did you do a fresh install and follow step by step here how-to-play

Anybody with the same issue? I was trying to download the client from the official site but After few second I have the same patch error and can't continue....

it seems that the original server has corrupted files, so nobody can update the client, so nobody new can enter eden .
can someone share his directory?

Try it again at random times. It will start working at some point
Someone sharing the files with you would work too.
Nothing we can do about that I'm afraid since that's not related to our server

I am having the same error. I had to format my laptop and reinstall and now I cannot install for eden. The DAoC patcher is not connecting and running. It says it is installed but it skips the patch file installation completely. This is a DAoC issue, all the freeshards are having this issue I have found after searching the web.

Can someone zip up their daoc client files and share them here for everyone please? Eventually I am sure broadsword will fix their goof-up but until then it would be nice if players could get back in. I have a guild to run...

We can't give you the DAoC client files, you will have to ask a player for that
