Hi Eden Staff,

sometimes when i BPAE on my Verd Animist the damage is like 20% of the usual damage, also pet seems not do draw any aggro while this happens....

repeatedly casting BPAE results in the same Low Damage BPAE
to fix it just kill the shroom and create a new one (slightly ofset to new position)

i think it has do to with the ground the shroom is placed, when its uneven like in CM it happens really often to me.
i think the view(center)point of the shroom needs to be lifted in the Z axis to prevent it from being "under the ground" (just a tought)

I am also experiencing the same behavior with Verdant PBAOE and have figured out that it is because the main pet does not have aggro.

Here is the first scenario:
Ranger pulls mob, 2 inc.
Ranger stands just behind main shroom pet for perfect PBAOE proximity.
Animist times Briar Storm pbaoe to land when mobs get to pet.
1st mob is aggro'd to Ranger, 2nd aggro's to main shroom pet.
Briar Storm hits mob aggro'd on Ranger for 84 damage, but 334 on mob aggro'd to itself.
2nd mob then aggro's to shroom pet.
Briar Storm now hits for 300+ on both.

Second scenario:
Ranger pulls mob, 2 inc.
Ranger stands just behind main shroom pet for perfect PBAOE proximity.
Animist times Briar Storm pbaoe to land when mobs get to pet.
1st mob is aggro'd to Ranger, 2nd aggro's to Animist.
Briar Storm hits mob aggro'd on Ranger for 77 damage, and hits mob aggro'd to Animist for 71 damage.
Both mobs then aggro to shroom pet.
Briar Storm now hits for 300+ on both.

Could you show where this is happening? We are unable to reproduce this.

I'm surprised, it was consistently working like this our entire play time; about an hour. We just dealt with it.
This is in DF between the Rocots and Cambions, hib side. The pet was placed at the opening separating the two groups of mobs.
We can try to reproduce it as well.

So, I don't know about the vertical axis affecting it, but our Ranger did experience issues with targeting the mob when it was aggro'd to the pet.

This issue was resolved thanks to viewtopic.php?p=2566, closing.
