Skalds only get one insta dmg shout?

Hi looking at the char builder, it seems skalds only get 1 dmg insta shout? Curious if this is just the UI not showing the second one, or if it's a conscious decision from Eden staff?

They are getting two instas, it's just that they don't have the spells separated into two specs, but lumped into one. The two instas would be Level 50 Battle Roar (160) and Level 43 War Howl (139). I sent Frida a messages so they can update it.
