War Supply Bugged Interaction

I picked up a War Supply and during that time I had zoned into POC.
I exited out, and checked my inventory, War Supply gone. Ok, that's ok, I was just messing around anyhow.
Went to Keep to port out, says I still have a War Supply on me. Checked inventory, no supply. The "drop" button while holding the supplies was no longer visable. Went to the Turn in box to drop off, it showed "Blue" like it was ready to turn in, but gives message "You do not have a supply to turn in."
Only course is to suicide or wait out the timer.
