Eden-DAoC

Hey, there. Two weeks ago, i recieved a ban, not knowing exactly why, and neither how long it will last.
Right now, I'm trying to figure out, how and when I will be able to play again on Eden. Unfortunately I can not reach to any Support system on the Discord server, since I got banned from there aswell.

I tryed PM some staff members on the forum, but it seems like Discord is the new dominant communication system.

Still, I'm hoping to reach to some of you via this Thread and have a look at my situation. You can pm me on Disc (Elesdee) or here, if you need further information on what actually happened etc.

Send a personal message describing your situation to @GM_Appeal bot on Eden Discord and make sure you click the small green checkmark when the bot sends a validation. If you don't click the green thingy, it won't get send and no gm can reply.

If your account also got banned on Discord, which means either you did something really bad or someone hacked your Discord account and did something really bad, create a second Discord account and write the personal message to @GM_Appeal bot that way.

Hey mate, i appreciate the response.
Infact i got banned both from disc and the game server, for questionable reasons.
It was said to be a timed ban, but not saying why or for how long.
I tryed pm several staff members on the forum, but this platform doesnt seem to be used as often as back then, no reply.

I tryed creating a second account on discord, but was still unable to join eden disc with that one. Not sure i configured it correctly ( is it even possible?).

I feel like the situation is kinda stuck right now. I dont see another option to contact the staff about this.

It would be so nice, if a staff member could contact me about this. It's impossible for me to use the discord bot.
