Connectivity Issues

Playing with friends in 3 different time zones, I am on the west coast (getting tons of lag), our buddy in central having no issues, and our friend that is playing east coast is getting disconnected multi times now. I asked in Global chat and just had a number of trolls reply with no helpful information.
